These terms govern your use of Bicep Heart at bicepheart.me, operated under the Bicep Heart brand. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy and refund policies. You must be at least 18.
What the service is
Bicep Heart turns a portrait and a fixed motion reference into an approximately 8-second vertical 480p video using Seedance 2.5 through Kie AI. The generation request includes romantic background music, but exact audio, likeness, body detail and movement are not guaranteed. AI results vary. The service does not promise an exact recreation of an example or reference. Photos expire 24 hours after upload, and result access expires 24 hours after task submission. Download finished videos during that window; this service is not permanent file storage.
Your content
You retain your rights in your uploaded content and give us permission to host and process it through our service providers to fulfill your request and handle support. You must own the photo or have the necessary rights and consent from the adult person depicted. Do not upload images of minors or use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, infringement or unlawful material. Do not present an AI-generated clip as authentic footage of an event. Any use or sharing of a result remains subject to applicable law, likeness rights, music rights and third-party terms; we do not guarantee exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial rights. We may restrict misuse and respond to valid rights complaints.
Credits and payments
Packages are one-time purchases in USD, not subscriptions: $3.99 for 1 credit, $9.99 for 3 credits, or $29.99 for 10 credits. One credit requests one 8-second 480p generation. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Submitting reserves the credit; a delivered result consumes it. A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credit once. A request that may have reached the provider remains under review until we can establish the outcome; it is not automatically submitted again. A new attempt after successful delivery uses another credit. Checkout shows the total before payment. Payment refunds remove the related credits and are handled under our refund policy at /refunds. A refund or dispute may affect the available balance or temporarily restrict generation access.
No warranty
The service is provided as available, and generation can be delayed by provider availability. AI output can contain errors or differ from your expectations; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular creative result or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms by posting a revised policy date.
