About Bicep Heart
A playful flex, a heart-shaped gesture and a little romance.
Bicep Heart is the brand behind this portrait-to-video tool and the pose guide on our home page. We help adults turn a photo they have permission to use into a short AI-generated clip, or learn to film the gesture themselves.
What we make
The current preset requests an 8-second vertical video at 480p with romantic background music. Google sign-in is required. Each video uses one credit; one-time credit packs do not renew automatically or expire.
How we present examples
The two home-page comparisons use tested photo-to-video outputs. We show the source portrait alongside the result and label the AI video. These are individual examples: faces, fingers, sleeves and backgrounds can change in a new result. We do not guarantee identical output.
Who maintains this guide
The guide is written and reviewed under the Bicep Heart brand. We update instructions when the product changes and distinguish our own examples from external documentation. We do not claim a medical, fitness or celebrity endorsement.
