Privacy policy

This policy describes how Bicep Heart, operating under the Bicep Heart brand, handles information when you use bicepheart.me. Contact support@bicepheart.me with privacy or account questions.

What we collect

Google sign-in supplies your account identity, name, email and profile image. We store account sessions, credit balances, purchase records and generation task history. Selecting a photo first shows a preview in your browser; submitting it uploads the photo to our service. We process that photo, your generation request and the resulting video to provide the service. Basic request information may be used for security, rate limits and troubleshooting. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this service, its database and media storage. Google provides sign-in, Google Analytics measures site usage when you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings with that permission, Stripe handles payments, and Kie AI and its upstream model provider process the submitted photo and fixed motion reference to generate your video and audio. Processing may take place outside your country. These providers have their own privacy and retention practices. We do not sell your personal information. We do not make your uploads or results part of the public examples on this website without permission.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos become unavailable 24 hours after upload. Generated videos become unavailable 24 hours after the task was submitted, so download your result promptly. An hourly background cleanup removes expired input and output media when it runs; expiry does not promise physical deletion at the exact second, and a cleanup failure can delay deletion. Public examples and our fixed reference assets are retained separately. Media is stored in a non-public Cloudflare R2 bucket and served through our website. Access to uploaded photos and generated videos requires the signed-in account that owns them; media URLs alone do not grant another account access. Our AI processing service reads the input from storage and sends it to the provider separately. Account, task and payment records are retained separately for account history, support, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes and legal obligations. The media cleanup does not erase these records or copies held by the AI provider. Contact support for a deletion request or help with a provider data request.

Cookies

Essential first-party cookies maintain your sign-in session and protect authentication requests. Browser storage helps recover an interrupted generation request and remembers your analytics choice. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and selected service events, and Microsoft Clarity records interactions and creates heatmaps to help improve the website. These tools may use cookies and device/request information. We mark generator and sign-in/account dialog contents for Clarity masking and do not intentionally send photos, prompts, account emails or raw error messages as analytics event properties. Analytics is optional: choose Essential only or change your preference using Cookie choices in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future tracking after the page reloads; it does not automatically erase data already collected by the providers. No optional analytics scripts load during local development. You can also clear cookies and browser storage in browser settings; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in and request recovery.

Your choices

You must be at least 18 and have permission to use the photo and the depicted person’s likeness. Contact support@bicepheart.me to request access, correction or deletion of account information and media. We may verify account ownership before processing a request and retain records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or payment disputes. Deleting local media does not delete copies you downloaded or shared, or automatically erase provider records.
