DMCA and takedowns
Last updated November 5, 2026
Bicep Heart respects copyright and other content rights. Send copyright complaints and takedown requests concerning Bicep Heart to support@bicepheart.me. This page describes our review process; it does not represent that we have a registered US DMCA agent.
Sending a notice
Identify the copyrighted work, your name and contact details, and the specific page or media URL you want reviewed. Explain why you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner. Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We review sufficiently detailed notices and may remove or restrict access to reported material. Incomplete reports may require clarification. We may share the substance of a complaint with the affected uploader when needed to review it or as required by law.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, email support@bicepheart.me with the removed URL or task ID, your contact information and an explanation of your rights to use the material. Include any supporting evidence and your signature. Where a statutory DMCA counter-notice process applies, also include the legally required statements concerning mistake or misidentification, jurisdiction and acceptance of service. We may forward a counter-notice to the complainant and handle restoration under applicable law; an appeal does not guarantee restoration.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated infringement or other serious misuse. Knowingly false notices or appeals can harm others and may carry legal consequences. For privacy or likeness complaints, use the same support address and explain the concern.
